Description

So, I wanted to experiment with drawing pictures by removing the outline of my draowing and I wanted to draw my favorite character from the Hotline Miami series.

I think it came out kinda good with the 90's Hawaii vibe and somesuch.

Still the best Hotline Miami character... Period...
